Event Purpose: World Strongman Championship Qualifier – Pro Card (Part of Yuva Mahotsav 2026)
Dates: November 11 & 12, 2026
Location: Parade Ground, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Weight Categories & Disciplines
The championship features three weight classes: U-70 KG, U-85 KG, and OPEN.
Relay 1 – Push & Pull
Loglift (3 reps)
- U-70: 40 kg
- U-85: 45 kg
- Open: 50 kg
Deadlift (3 reps)
- U-70: 120 kg
- U-85: 140 kg
- Open: 160 kg
Monster Dumbbell
- U-70: 30 kg
- U-85: 35 kg
- Open: 40 kg
Sandbag or Stone Over the Bar (3 reps)
- Bar Height: 115 cm
- U-70: 50 kg
- U-85: 55 kg
- Open: 60 kg
Relay 2 – Running (20 Meters)
Yoke Walk
- U-70: 140 kg
- U-85: 170 kg
- Open: 190 kg
Farmer Frame Carry
- U-70: 70 kg each side
- U-85: 85 kg each side
- Open: 100 kg each side
Official Rules & Regulations
- Winner’s Direct Entry: The winner in each category receives direct entry to the World Strongman Championship scheduled in Mumbai on December 5 and 6, 2026.
- Another Qualification Opportunity: Non-winners will have another chance to qualify in Bangalore.
- Referee’s Decision is Final: No subsequent disputes will be entertained.
- Lift Completion: No title will be awarded until a lift is fully completed.
- Federation Recommendation: The Federation reserves the right to recommend athletes for the World Championship, even if they did not win or qualify directly.
- Medals & Certificates: Provided to all participating athletes.
